How We Count 20,000+ PrettSun Customers

You may have seen the line “Trusted by 20,000+ Sleepers” on our homepage or on a product page, with a question mark next to it. This page explains exactly what that number means, where it comes from, and what it does not mean.

What the number represents

The figure counts customers — not reviews, and not ratings. It refers to people who have purchased PrettSun products through our authorized retail channels.

A customer is counted once, no matter how many times they have bought from us. If the same person has purchased three times, they are still one customer in this figure.

Which channels are included

The count is built from purchases made through these channels:

  • Amazon
  • Walmart
  • Wayfair
  • AliExpress
  • Other authorized retail partners

Our own store at prettsun.com is not included in this figure.

What the number is not

  • It is not the number of reviews.
  • It is not the number of star ratings.
  • It is not the number of mattresses shipped.

Where the data comes from

This figure is based on two sources:

  • PrettSun’s own order and customer records
  • Cumulative sales figures publicly displayed on the retail platforms listed above

We have not had this figure independently audited or verified by a third party, and we do not claim that any independent organization has confirmed it.

Why this is different from our reviews

The customer count and our review count are two separate measures, and they will never match.

Reviews — on PrettSun and on third-party retail platforms — come only from customers who chose to share their feedback publicly. That is a much smaller group than the 20,000+ people who have purchased from us. Review totals on different platforms also cover different shoppers, so they should not be added together.
