How the trial works

The trial begins the day your mattress is delivered. It runs continuously for 365 nights, including weekends and holidays. At any point during the trial, you can request a return — no reason required, no survey to complete.

New foam softens slightly in the first two weeks. The bed finds its final feel around night ten.
Live with it
Sleep, read, watch, rest. Sleep hot nights and cool ones. Share the bed. The trial exists for the honest answer.

We refund the same way you paid, in the same currency. Financing refunds are coordinated with our financing partner; the timeline below is what we control, not what your bank or lender controls.

The 365 night trial exists so that you can be honest with yourself. Below is the small set of cases we cannot accept — for hygiene reasons and because the bed cannot safely be re-donated.

Any return initiated during the 365 night trial is accepted, regardless of reason. The mattress does not need to be in its original packaging.

- Purchased directly from prettsun.com and within 365 nights of delivery
- Gifted, then the recipient wants a different model

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are handled through the 10 year warranty, not the 365 night trial.
- Mattresses that are heavily stained, torn, or water-damaged
- Mattresses used without a proper foundation
- Mattresses bought from unauthorized resellers or auctions
- Mattresses used in a commercial setting
- Accessories (sheets, pillows, protectors) past 30 days

The trial starts on the day of delivery, not the day of order. The carrier's delivery confirmation is the official start. If you place an order and the mattress arrives three weeks later, you still have the full 365 nights from delivery. The 365-night trial applies to purchases made directly through prettsun.com.
No. We arrange the courier and the courier bags the mattress in your bedroom. The original box can be recycled through any curbside program that takes corrugated cardboard. Please do not store a mattress in a box for the duration of the trial — once unboxed, the foam is at its final dimensions.
Yes. If you think a different firmness is the right call, write to us and we will arrange an exchange at our cost. The new firmness starts a fresh 365 night trial. The original trial ends when the exchange ships, and the new one begins on the day the new mattress is delivered.
No. The price you paid is the price you get back. We do not charge restocking fees, return shipping fees, pickup fees, or "handling" fees. If anyone tells you otherwise, it is not us. The full refund policy is on this page.
Returned mattresses are inspected at our Houston facility. About two thirds are clean enough to donate to regional shelters, community organizations, and refugee resettlement programs. The remaining third is broken down and recycled through a partner that recovers the polyol content for new foam production. We do not landfill returned mattresses.
