1.Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using prettsun.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2.Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction to make a purchase. By ordering, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3.Account registration
You may create an account to track orders, save shipping addresses, and access warranty registration. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use.
4.Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept by shipping the product. We may decline orders that appear fraudulent, violate these terms, or cannot be fulfilled. Payment is processed at order time via Shopify Payments, Stripe, or PayPal. We never store your full card number.
5.Pricing and availability
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We do our best to keep inventory accurate, but occasionally a product may become unavailable after you order. In that case, we'll notify you and refund you within five business days — no hard feelings.
6.Shipping and delivery
Most orders ship within 2 business days. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers. See our Shipping policy for current coverage and delivery windows.
7.Returns and refunds
Mattresses purchased directly from prettsun.com include a 365-night trial. If you don't love it, we'll arrange a free pickup and full refund. No restocking fee, no awkward questions. See our Refund Policy for full details.
8.Warranty
Every PrettSun mattress is covered by a 10-year limited warranty against qualifying workmanship and material defects. The warranty begins on the original delivery date, is non-transferable, and applies only to the original retail purchaser.
9.Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, the PrettSun name and logo, product designs, the photography, the recipe for our foam — is owned by PrettSun Mattress Co. or our licensors. You may browse, share links, and write about us, but you may not copy, resell, or republish our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
10.User content
If you submit a review, photo, video, or testimonial to us, you grant PrettSun a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use it in marketing, on the site, and on social media. You confirm you own the content or have the right to share it, and that it doesn't violate anyone else's rights.
11.Prohibited uses
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, other accounts, or computer systems.
- Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to access the site, except for standard search engine indexing.
- Post content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, or hateful.
- Interfere with security features or the proper functioning of the site.
12.Disclaimer of warranties
The site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You agree to indemnify and hold PrettSun harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your use of the site.
15.Governing law
These Terms and any order placed through this website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply under federal law or the law of your state of residence.
16.Dispute resolution
We hope to never be in a dispute with you. If a problem comes up, please write to us first — most issues are resolved within a few emails.
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and PrettSun agree to first work with us in good faith through written notice to support@prettsun.com. Where a formal proceeding is required, it will be handled under the governing law stated above, unless mandatory consumer protection law gives you a different right in your place of residence.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
17.Changes to terms
We may update these terms. The "Effective" date at the top always reflects the current version. For material changes, we'll email active customers and post a homepage notice for at least 30 days. Continuing to use the site after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
