This page activates the PrettSun benefits card included with eligible Twin 5-inch marketplace mattress packages. Keep the card and your marketplace proof of purchase.

Benefit 01

10-year limited warranty

Coverage begins on the delivery date and protects the original purchaser against qualifying manufacturing and structural defects under the terms of our Limited Warranty.

Benefit 02

120-night sleep trial

You may request a trial return within 120 nights of delivery. This card trial is separate from the 365-night trial offered on direct prettsun.com purchases.

Benefit 03

Free shipping & returns

For an approved trial return or covered warranty claim within the contiguous 48 United States, PrettSun will arrange or cover the required return logistics. This does not mean future marketplace orders ship free, and it does not refund original outbound shipping charges. Do not ship the mattress unless our team instructs you to do so.

Dedicated customer support

Your request is reviewed directly by the PrettSun support team. We will confirm the appropriate pickup, donation, replacement, refund, or warranty resolution.

Activate or start a claim

The benefits apply to the original purchaser of an eligible Twin 5-inch mattress when the Warranty Benefits card was included in the package. The marketplace order number, delivery date, and proof of purchase are required.

  • 01Enter the marketplace order number and tell us where you purchased the mattress.
  • 02Tell us whether you are activating the card, requesting the 120-night trial, or filing a warranty claim.
  • 03Wait for our instructions before shipping, disposing of, or donating the mattress. The original box is not required.
The 120-night card trial begins on the delivery date. A trial request must be submitted before the end of night 120. If we specifically authorize you to arrange shipping yourself, documented reimbursement is capped at $80; otherwise, we arrange the approved return method.

Is this the same as the 365-night website trial?

No. The card provides a separate 120-night trial for the eligible Twin 5-inch marketplace mattress. Direct prettsun.com orders follow the 365-night policy shown on the website.

Can I apply after opening the mattress?

Yes. Opening or expanding the mattress does not by itself prevent a card trial request. Submit the request before night 120 and wait for return instructions.

Who pays for an approved return?

PrettSun arranges or covers approved shipping and returns within the contiguous 48 United States. If we specifically authorize customer-arranged shipping, documented reimbursement is capped at $80.

Does this replace the marketplace order record?

No. Keep the Amazon, Walmart, or other marketplace proof of purchase. The PrettSun card benefits are provided by the brand in addition to the order record held by the marketplace.
